For any equipment, the first task is lubrication, only lubrication, each component can work properly, the packaging machine lubrication at the same time must pay attention to:

(1) Fill oil holes in bearings with pedestals regularly, lubricate the meshing parts of gears and moving parts with lubricating oil, once a day, day after day, insist on the effect, and at the same time, do a good job of cleaning all aspects of the machine before lubrication.

(2) Packing machine filling lubricant, please pay attention not to oil droplets on the transmission belt, this will cause slippage or belt premature aging damage.

(3) The gear reducer is an important part of the packaging machine equipment. It is strictly prohibited to run without oil. After the first operation of 300 hours, new oil is replaced in the cleaner, and then every 2500 hours of work is replaced. This phenomenon is unchanged. To ensure the normal operation of the machine, this must be strictly enforced.
